I want to introduce one of my favorite dishes instead of some complicated topics. It is called Geleshan Spicy Chicken, which originated from Geleshan, a renowned mountain in Chongqing, China. This dish is famous and popular among locals and tourists because of its unique blend of flavors and spices.
Ingredients:
- Chicken (usually cut into small pieces, dice size)
- Dried red chilies
- Sichuan peppercorns
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Green onions
- Soy sauce
